Mission Statement
Senior Tech Foundation exists to ensure older adults are not left behind in an increasingly digital world. We help seniors confidently, safely, and independently use technology through patient support, practical education, inclusive access, and intergenerational connection. Our work reduces digital barriers, protects seniors from online harm, and strengthens independence, dignity, and community through technology.
Who We Serve
Senior Tech Foundation serves older adults seeking confidence, safety, and independence in using technology. We support seniors living independently, in senior living communities, and in community-based settings.

We partner with senior living communities, nonprofits, schools, and local organizations to provide ongoing technology support, digital safety education, accessibility-focused training, and intergenerational programs. Our work is designed to be practical, human-centered, and responsive to the real needs of the communities we serve.
One-on-One Tech Support
Our One-on-One Tech Support program provides personalized, in-person assistance for seniors who want help with their technology in a comfortable, supportive setting. We take the time to work at each individual’s pace, explaining things clearly and answering questions along the way.

Support includes setting up new devices, troubleshooting issues, and helping with everyday technology such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, printers, email, and common apps. Whether the goal is to fix a specific problem or simply feel more confident using technology, this program is designed to make tech feel less frustrating and more manageable.
Community Tech Partners
The Community Tech Partnership is a recurring, on-site support program designed for senior living communities that want to provide residents with consistent access to technology help. Through scheduled visits, our team becomes a familiar and trusted presence, offering reliable assistance in a comfortable and supportive setting.

This program focuses on ongoing support rather than one-time solutions, helping residents build confidence with everyday technology over time. Communities benefit from a dependable, structured service that can be customized in scheduling, frequency, and support focus to meet the evolving needs of residents and the goals of the community.
Tech Talks & Digital Safety Education
Our Tech Talks & Digital Safety Education program offers group sessions to help seniors use everyday technology with confidence. Topics include basic tech skills, smartphones, email, and common apps.

We also cover digital safety, scam awareness, and introduce AI in a simple way, focusing on safe and responsible use.
Sessions are customizable, offered as one-time or ongoing workshops, and include time for questions to help seniors feel informed and confident.
How Your Donation Makes an Impact
When you donate to Senior Tech Foundation, your support creates real, immediate impact for older adults who are trying to navigate an increasingly digital world.
A single donation can mean a senior receives one-on-one help with a device they’ve been
struggling to use, finally understands a confusing setting, or feels comfortable asking questions without fear or embarrassment. It can mean helping someone recognize a suspicious text or email before they click a link, preventing a potential scam before money or personal information is lost.

Your support also helps fund Tech Talks and digital safety workshops, where seniors learn how to use everyday technology, understand emerging tools like AI, and protect themselves from online threats. Donations allow us to train and support our intergenerational teams so seniors receive patient, trustworthy help from people who take the time to listen.
Every contribution helps reduce fear, prevent harm, and give older adults the confidence to stay connected, informed, and independent through technology
