Tech Talks & Digital Safety Education

Our Tech Talks & Digital Safety Education program offers interactive group workshops designed to help seniors better understand and confidently use today’s technology. Topics include everyday tech basics, smartphone and tablet tips, email and messaging, and navigating common apps and settings.

We also cover digital safety and scam prevention, including phishing, fake texts and calls, and emerging risks such as AI- generated scams. Select sessions introduce artificial intelligence in a clear, practical way, focusing on what it is, how it appears in daily life, and how seniors can use it safely and responsibly.

All Tech Talks are customizable based on each community’s interests, needs, and comfort level with technology. Sessions may be one-time events or part of an ongoing series and always include time for questions and real-world examples. The goal is to help seniors feel informed, confident, and in control when using technology

Community Tech Partnership

The Community Tech Partnership is a recurring, on-site support program created specifically for senior living communities. Through scheduled visits, our team becomes a consistent and familiar presence, providing residents with reliable access to technology help over time.

This program allows communities to offer ongoing tech support without relying on one-time solutions. Residents benefit from continuity, trust, and growing confidence, while communities benefit from a structured, dependable service that adapts as residents’ needs evolve. Scheduling, frequency, and support focus are customized to align with each community’s goals and resident needs.
